Grammys 2019: Kacey Musgraves Wins Album of the Year

Kacey Musgraves has won Album of the Year at the 2019 Grammys. Golden Hour takes home the honor, beating out albums by Drake (Scorpion), Post Malone (beerbongs & bentleys), Cardi B (Invasion of Privacy), Janelle Monáe (Dirty Computer), H.E.R. (H.E.R.), and Brandi Carlile (By the Way, I Forgive You), as well as Black Panther: The Album. Watch Kacey’s acceptance speech below.

Kacey Musgraves performed earlier in the awards ceremony, delivering a rendition of “Rainbow.” She also took the stage with Dolly Parton.

Musgraves won all four Grammys she got nominated for this year: Best Country Album, Best Country Song (“Space Cowboy”) and Best Country Solo Performance (“Butterflies”).
